Naib Khateeb Job & Test Preparation FAQs

A Naib Khateeb is inducted as a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) with the rank of Naib Subedar. With experience and performance, they can be promoted to Subedar and eventually Subedar Major.
Candidates must have a Dars-e-Nizami (Shahadat-ul-Almiya) from a recognized Madrassa board (Wafaq-ul-Madaris) along with at least an F.A or F.Sc from a registered BISE board.
The standard age limit is 20 to 28 years. However, a relaxation of up to 1-2 years may be granted by the competent military authority for candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience.
