Individual Obstacles are easy to clear if you have enough physical stamina. Remember, that if you want to clear all the individual obstacles in short time then you must do running each day at least for one hour.
Good running makes the individuals more efficient and fast physically. Total Individual Obstacles are eleven and each has its specific marks which makes the candidate distinguished.
Those students who do more physical efforts before coming into the ISSB centres, they can perform more better as compared to other students.
This activity is also observed from different angles by the psychologists. So each individual must be confident while performing individual tasks.
Failing in any obstacle does not mean not recommendation. So keep on your efforts on the rest of the activities with best efforts in five days of ISSB.
