Non-refundable Payments: Once the fee and other funds, including admission fee, annual maintenance, security, kit money, etc., are paid, they are non-refundable. Additionally, the manner in which these funds are spent is not accounted for to the parents.
Voluntary Withdrawal: In the event that a cadet decides to leave the college during the session, or upon the request of the parents, no fees or funds will be refunded. This also applies to the security fee.
Expulsion or Stuck-off: If a cadet is expelled or struck off from the college by the College Discipline Committee, the security fee and any remaining fees or funds will be reimbursed.
Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL) or Overstay Leave (OSL): If a cadet fails to join the college after being absent without official leave or overstaying leave, and later submits a request for withdrawal, the parents will be required to pay the fee for the total number of months the cadet remained unattended during that term.
Medical Unfitness: If, upon reporting at the college, a cadet is found medically unfit by the WAPDA Hospital Tarbela, the deposited fee will be
